They do glass repair on the spot. I found this a bit odd initially, but when the guy told me he could clean up a small crack in my windshield and there was no insurance deductible to pay, I thought...what the heck. It was amazing what a nice job he did more

Went to tower for the first time yesterday and was wary due to the hot and cold reviews. However, I had a great experience. This was one of the more thorough wash and vacuumings my car has had. I've taken my car to similar car washes in Washington DC and Dublin, CA and this is up there with the best. I got the $21 wash which is the cheapest so I had low expectations. However, I got complete service including vacuuming with good attention to detail in the hard-to-get cupholder areas. They also scraped off the wax writing I had on my front windshield from getting my car towed without my having to ask. It was also nice to get the 25 cents per gallon off gas which I took advantage of. Another plus of why I gave Tower 5 stars is that the guy who takes the orders noticed a scrape on my car which I had gotten the day before (very upsetting) and offered to have one of the guys buff it out for free. I told him I had to be somewhere and he made sure it got done in 5 minutes and refused my money when I tried to tip him $10. Disclaimer, I know this guy gave me this because he thought I was cute, but hey, I'll take it! Will be going back to Tower and hopefully they keep up the good work! more

Went here for the first time and Armand recommended a new service called the super express detail interior. I don't know the difference between this and a full interior, however, my car looked great when it was done. I enjoyed chatting with the cafe workers as she made my crepe. I will definitely come back. more

I like the fact that there is a window where you can see the car when it is in the wash. Very convenient when I head downtown as it is right off the freeway. more

I went here being a little hesitant due to the mixed reviews but was pleased. I agree with the reviewer that said you get what you pay for - if you're paying for the cheapest wash, you can't expect a full detail. I got the Supreme Express Interior detail for $44.95 (don't think its on the website) and think they did a great job. It includes an exterior wash and an interior detail. The interior detail included vaccuming, rinsing/wiping down my rubber floor matts, wiping down the dash and center console, cleaning the vents, wiping down the door panels, inside the handles and cup holders, cleaning the windows, etc. and it looks great for what I paid given this was a 25 min job! I did a little walk around before I left and he was happy to touch up anything so if there's something they missed, politely point it out and they'll fix it. more

Ok, I finally found a place worth a rave review! I got a promo from social living and used it to upgrade to their full hand wax. Awesome! Tipping the guys midway through is an old trick, an extra $5 to the two guys pointing out a few areas, gets some extra love. They even waxed my Chrome rims! If only all places were like this. The gas discount is another perk. 25 cents per gallon! Time for a fill up. more

Pay $25 and your car will come out gleaming. In the end, it costs me as much as going to budget alternatives because I don't need to wash so often. I also tried their $50 "express wax" package, but, frankly, after waiting 45 minutes I could not tell the difference from their basic service. more

best place to wash your car! detailing is what they do! brought my Stage II Roush Mustang their and they gave my baby the works! She looked she sexy and pretty! got a nice cafe inside and indoor/outdoor seating. great service and no that bad of a wait! remember your gettin ur car washed/detailed here! be patient! more

What do you do when you indulge a little too much in the post-dinner absinthe and it ends up on the car door? Go to this place. Sure it took an eternity to clean and there were some window smudges. We'll let that pass, seeing as they probably spent a good 45 minutes blasting my leftovers out from under the seat. If you have an apocalyptic car situation, these folks can definitely help you out. more

We went here first with a Town Hog coupon and were very happy with the wash. Then recently I had a run in with a pole in the Trader Joe's parking lot and scratched up my car's left side. However, Tower was able to get it all new again and for only $49 to wash, detail, wax, get out the scratches, etc. more

These guys are very thorough - I am very please with every wash. They pay attention to the little details, and my car never seems sloppily handled (ie big streaks, left over suds, dirty carpets). I think the wash is 16.99? It's worth it. I've never had any detailing work done there, only vanilla car wash. more

Excellent detailing: We had the $175 full pkg detailing done (our car had survived a few years in NYC and had a lot of that black Manhattan grit in its white finish) - it was like new! Last time we had it done it was $300+ in New York. Definitely worth it. more
