Our firm has recently purchased both new and used vehicles from Torrington Ford. Our experience has been outstanding! We currently have six vehicles on the road and all have performed better that expected. The men and women of the serivce department and sales departments are truly experts in the business with years of valuable experience. I have never felt pressured when buying a vehcle and have always believed I was treated exceptionally fair by the service department. more

Extremely Satisfied 2/7/2011

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape in October from Torrington Ford. After researching pricing and contacting numerous dealerships, Torrington Ford offered the best prices, and were the best dealership to do business with. Rich Decker went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle exceeded our expectations. Mark Hoxie, the business manager, is professional and honest about the options available to the consumer without trying to force any unnecessary purchases. Hats off to Torrington Ford!
