I always drove by this jewelery store on my way anywhere seeing as its right down the street from me. I had an easy fix just change a watch battery. I was simple and i should have just done it myself it was just 4 screws.
He took the back off put the battery in but screwed one of the screws in crooked so it was sticking out to the point you couldn't wear it. When i brought this to his attention and asked if it could be fixed he proceeded to completely strip the screw and COMPLETELY ruin it! He told me he would order new screws and dig that ruin screw out with a drill and he would call me in a week when it came in.
Its two months later he never called me. I called him twice to see what was going on and he never even ordered the screws. in my opinion he was no intention of ever doing anything. And definitely didn't care he had a very unhappy customer, When I brought the watch in I told him how it was my favorite and i got it when i met my husband and wore it all the time even threw my whole pregnancy! I loved that watch. NOW i cant even wear it and he could care less.
