This company owes us over $3000 Mr Darby has lied to us and has avoided us. I have emails,texts, and a voice recording that he would pay us and that the money was overnight to us....

Top View Roofing put an inferior shingle that is in a lawsuit for poor quality on my roof along with a patchwork of colors instead of a solid color. The shingle is rated by Consumer Reports at a 53 with poor wind - in Oklahoma!! Darby Kyle sent me a certified letter from his lawyer threatening to sue me rather than try to resolve through me, the BBB or the Office of the Attorney General State of Oklahoma who said ""we have been unable to reach resolution with Top View Roofing"" and will pursue them when they receive one more complaint! Someone make that complaint!! more

NEVER BUY A ROOF FROM Top View Roofing (aka South Coast Roofing and Repair) or any of its predatory subsidiaries. The company that performed the service, South Coast Roofing and Repair, has been recognized as ""Involuntarily dissolved"" by the Office of the Secretary of State in Texas as of 7/5/2011. The owner(s) have a number of roofing companies but most of them are rolled up under the name Top View Roofing. 2 years and 3 days after the purchase date of the garage roof, the garage roof was leaking. I immediately contacted the owner and he said the warranty was void based on 50 MPH winds in the area. I researched his 50 MPH wind statement and it is unfounded thanks to the public weather data posted by various weather stations in our area. The max wind speed/gust captured was no greater than 34 MPH. more

My cousin is very busy with her work so she asked me to find a good roofer to do the repair of her roof. I made a researched about roofer and looked at the reviews of each roofers and I found Top View Roofing with many good reviews so I visited their website. I recommended it to my cousin. Before I heard about top view roofing and I didn't care. I just thought that all roofing company are the same so when I needed some repairs on my roof and gutters I just call the nearest roofers but I'm not satisfied of their work then I tried Top View Roofing. Now I can say that what I heard about them is true.. They have quality services and skilled manpower. I recommend Top View Roofing, they can definitely help your roofing concerns. more

When my husband planned to have our roof renovation, I thought it was a very big problem and very hassle for me. First,my husband was busy of his work so I am the one who look for a roofer, ensuring that the roofer that I contact is the best roofer which is difficult to decide for all of the roofer said that they are the best,of course. How can I assure that the roofing company is the best? My father told me about Top View Roofing and my husband advice me to look at the review sites about this company and when I knew that they have many excellent reviews I called them up. I am so happy for they are so nice and they immediately offer a free inspection so that they can give an exact estimate cost. During the work, I can see that they really an expert roofer and it made me hassle-free of our huge renovation project. They also give a price that less than the quality of their service. Top View Roofing Provided Fantastic Roofing Service! 1/4/2012

My wife and I went through alot of roofing contractors in the area and searching the best roofer. Then we came across Top View Roofing, the guys were very helpful and patient answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. They even help us with the insurance! The guys who installed our new roofs are right on time and schedule, very professional indeed. They clean up all the mess before leaving. We are so happy with Top View's work. I highly recommended them to our friends who all envy our new roof!!! more

Unprofessional and untrustworthy 10/16/2011

Home improvement contractors work on a foundation of trust, and the owner at this company CANNOT BE TRUSTED. He hired me to do tech work on his website, agreed to the rate and time estimates, then refused to pay after the work was done. Can't speak to his roofing capabilities, but if he can't keep his word in one business area, how can you trust him to keep his word in any other? STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHARLATAN. more

Great Roofing Company 3/23/2011

This company put three roofs on for me and helped us with our Insurance every time. If anyone that did not like this Company would not like anyone. They have done everything they told us and went above and beyond what they where paid for. We got a free life time shingle for no extra cost. We own 62 rentals and will let this company do every roof we have as needed. more
