First and last purchase from this dealer. Salesman told me nothing but lies from the second I pulled on the lot. Lied about the cars background and where it came from. The secretary told me there was no prier salvage title, Car has minor hail and body damage which with the year of the vehical would of put it well above totaled status. Second day I owned it check engine light comes on and now I am out a vehical until I can afford to fix it. PASS THIS LOT AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK! more

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BELIEVE NOTHING VERBAL 5/9/2011

Terrible experience, purchased a used car from their sales manager chris, discussed my concerns with mechanical condition of car, was given a verbal agreement that Tom would stand behind anything he sells and not to worry they are in his words ""The largest used car dealer in iowa"" which may or may not be a lie. Long story short my car failed on two separate occasions with in 2 months of purchase, I had to fight for a 20% payout towards the cost of repair, second time I was told via email that they wont do anything to help me..... BUYER BEWARE ALERT ALERT ALERT dont expect anything from these guys after point of sale. more
