We are from Chicago and we asked the concierge at the Phoenician for a good Italian restaurant.
What we foud far exceeded our expectations. The service, the food, the "simpatico" Maitre D',
just unforgetable.
They even make their own sausage. My wife had the "Neapolitan Seafood Cioppino", what we call in Chicago Zuppa di Mare, an absolute feast. Geogious mussels, clams, shrimp and various
seafood in a zesty tomato sauce over linguine. Just perfect.
Pros: Service, parking, food
Cons: you just can't stop eating
