This is the worst mechanic shop i've ever visited or done business with. The lied and said they did repairs that weren't even done and after confronting them & giving them a chanc...

This is the worst mechanic shop i've ever visited or done business with. The lied and said they did repairs that weren't even done and after confronting them & giving them a chance to fix it they wanted to charge me AGAIN for something they were supposed to do the first time. So i would've paid twice for something that was never done. They can't be trusted....you'd be better off taking your business somewhere else & paying for it only one & having it done right the first time. more

Tokyo Autos’ mission is to be an example in the community that honesty, integrity and reliability do exist in the automotive repair industry. Bob, the owner, is now a good friend of mine. He did more work for less money with higher quality and less time. And the best part of it all – He charges 50% LESS than any written invoice you bring from the dealership, AND gives you the same warranty! more
