I have owned a Bridal Salon in East Dundee for 14 years, and for the past 3 years, we've been sending ALL of our girls to Tina's Closet... BUT NO MORE! I was told by a client that we sent there that Tina was ruff around the edges and plain rude, when referring to her experience, at Tina's Closet. Not polite, not friendly, and said the dress she purchased, at our store, was all wrong. Question... how could you tell someone that LOVES, LOVES, LOVES her gown that it's all wrong? Your job, Tina, is to assist the situation and not put the fear of god into a client's mind. For 13 years we've been empowering, embarrassing, loving, and cherishing our guests. THAT'S NOT what my last client received from Tina. In fact, Complete Bridal-Bridal Boys will NEVER EVER send another guest of ours to you. There are two ways to take care of a guest... Embrace the opportunity or be treated rude and borderline disrespectful. Tina chose to be rude and disrespectful. When a mom buys a dress at our salon it's because she loved the gown enough to purchase it. When issues arise because of a special bra needed we send ALL of our girls to Tina's. How could Tina say "THIS GOWN IS ALL WRONG"? I don't sell things to sell them. I sell things that empower girls.
