As a user for over 2 years I am finally fed up to here with these people! No matter what deal you make, they will either totally ignore it and bill you with a high price ..or they will make an acceptable deal then wait a couple months, jack up the price up one more time then start the "deal" making all over with no intentions of keeping the deal. Their specialty is to keep you on the phone for as long as possible then make a deal that they have no intentions of keeping. They are either totally dishonest...or they are so incompetent that no one has any idea of what the others are promising. Either way, every 2 months they will jack up the price or lower your service without you knowing....then send you a larger bill and refuse to back off ... or , as I said, they will simply have no record of the "deal" that was made. Save yourself a lot of headaches and DO NOT deal with these people.
