30K Nissan Titan Service is a rip off 3/31/2010

Today, they performed my 30k service in my Nissan Titan 2008. They did not replace neither inspected the rear end oil.\r They spill oil all over the engine. They state that they will perform a hand wash which was just a little water over the car, and the paint got spots all over the place.\r Plus the want to charge me $780 stating that aligment was needed and it cost $69 plus the $660 for the service minus $48 for the change oil which is included in my extended warranty. Looks like they forgot to substract that. On top of that i checked after the fact what is needed in the 30k service and was in shock when i discovered that flush the tranny, flush the coolant system and flush the power steering system is not needed. This made me spend around $300 extra greens.\r I will file a complain with Nissan in the morning since they answer the phones from 8AM to 5PM.\r When i come back to complaint they told me to bring the truck tomorrow for another inspection. Terrible Service 1/15/2010

When I went to look at a Toyota Sienna they told me they had, they ended up showing me a Nissan Quest. It was nice but I wanted to see the Sienna. They said they would call me when they had the car available but I never received a call. I waited in the nearby shopping mall for several hours and tried to call them as I left, but no one was available to talk to. more

Overall Good Experience 8/25/2009

My mother-in-law is widowed and elderly. My husband and I of course look out for her welfare. She recently was in need of a new car. We accompanied her to make sure she was treated well and not taken advantage of, as well as get the best possible deal. Overall I feel like we had a great experience. The salesmen and customer service were very understanding and patient with us. Mom has a set budget and they helped us find something that she could reasonably afford. I am sure we were not the easiest customers they have ever dealt with. ? Thanks again guys! Pros: worked with our budget more

MY SISTER LEASED HER FIRST CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. IT WAS A ONE YEAR LEASE. AT THE END OF ONE YEAR, WHEN SHE TRIED TO RETURN THE CAR (FOR AN UPGRADE) THEY TOLD HER THAT THE ""LEASE"" WAS ACTUALLY A LOAN THAT WAS SOLD AND THAT IF SHE WANTED TO TURN THE CAR IN, SHE WOULD OWE $8200. NOW, IN TRYING TO SPEAK WITH THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION, THEY KEEP REFERRING HER TO ONE OF THEIR NEW SALESMAN- SHE CANNOT EVEN SOLICIT A MEETING WITH THE SALES MANAGER OR DEALER MANAGER. THEY HAVE BELITTLED HER AND TREATED HER HORRIBLY. THE ORIGINAL DEAL WAS MISREPRESENTED AND INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH HER, THEY REFUSE TO WORK WITH HER. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A MISCOMMUNICATION, BUT FOR THEM TO REFUSE TO HELP IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. more

I do not reccomend buying a car from TIm Dahle. They are LIARS. I reccomend CarMax. The add TIM Dahle puts in the paper every week is false. They will not honor matching your down payment. However they will give you the $1000 in groceries, Free vacation and $1000 in resturant coupons. You have to pay to get your so called gift certificates. IT really is not a gift certificate all it is is coupons that anyone and order thru CASH SAVER. You get 50 cents off on different items. Something you can get for free out of the sunday newspaper. I am referred to the sandy location. I did call the murray location and they stated that they do match the down payment. They are just out to get your money and don't care if you get skrewed. more

Worst Service ever! 10/10/2007

I have never seen such a worst customer service here in America! Usually, America is known to be best at Customer Service. Shame on Tim Dahle Nissan! I have purchased my car at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy and all they cared about was to sell. They didn't even accomodate my needs. They made me feel like I wouldn't qualify for a credit and made me feel like I was worthless! When I purchased the car, they told me it was only $13,000 but ended up to $16,000 after the sales and service agreement were added to the price of the car. I felt like I had been sold to and did not feel like they cared so much about the customers as much as whether they would sell or not. So when buying cars, I would NOT, (better yet, NEVER) recommend TIM DAHLE NISSAN as a best place to go to, unless you want to get srewed over by! more

I have never been insulted so much in my entire life like I did with Tim Dahle Nissan of Sandy, UT. I spent all day with the salesman being lied to. The sales team even knew that this was the end of the month and still wanted to play games with me (the customer). One price that was quoted ended up not being the price that was agreed on in the closing. This is the only dealership that I have dealt with that does not add SALES TAX in the original agreement. Then when the deal is agreed on, the sales tax is included in the deal adding on to the monthly payment. Seriously, who does that!! Pros: Free coffee!! Cons: Pushy salesman!!Liars, that dont care about the customers needs!!! more

My husband and I walked into the dealership with cash to buy a new Pathfinder. The salesman who met us (Dennis) showed us the car, and we asked that he get the bottom line price and we would be back in an hour. When we returned, we were assigned another salesman who did not know what we wanted. He left and sent us still another salesman who also did not know what we wanted.
