I have a great experience with this website. I disocvered it for a year now, and since then I buy all my tickets from it including concerts tickets, theater tickets, and sports tickets especially NFL tickets for becuase I'm a great NFL fan. I lately bought tickets for Luke Bryan concert in Nashville after I couldn't find cheap tickets at many sites. While there are the usual service charges and what not ,the tickets were delivered , securely, and the company gives very good personal attention. like the fact that they are a network of other ticket businesses, not a guy with tickets trying to sell them.One bad thing is that I didn't I received reminder e-mails that the event was drawing closer and that my tickets would ship on or before a certain date, well in advance of the event I wanted to see, but i think it happens whith most ticket sites. This is my first purchased tickets to a football game and loved the tickets we were able to procure at Ticketsinventory. These tickets would normally only be sold as part of vip season tickets package. We were able to select certain games we wanted to see without having to buy the entire season package. What a great resource to get tickets to sporting events. I bought hard to find vip tickets to a football game for less than face value. The tickets arrived on time, exactly what I had ordered. They are so friendly and have great prices on hard to find tickets. Their service fees are much less then other ticket broker services I have used in the past. I purchased 2 tickets to a local event . My daughter and I had the best seats and the best time. Ticketsinventory had a great selection of tickets and the price was great too. I needed some last minute NBA tickets and ticketsinventory was fantastic (the game itself turned out the be less than stellar, but that certainly is no fault of ticketsinventory). I was looking for last minute tickets to a U of I verse Purdue basketball game and usually order tickets from stubhub because I have not had any problems from them yet, but the tickets I wanted were outrageously expensive. I googled them and found Ticketsinventory. I read some positive feedback and ordered tickets three days before the game and was worried at first because i twas my first time use ticketsinventory. Thank you Ticketsinventory for tickets...So excited i saw Seal in ATL at Chastain Amp. It?s been 3 or more years since he?s come here and I enjoyed. Seal in concert has been the best concert I have ever been too.I bought 2 tickets. The tickets arrived on time. But when I looked at the tickets, it said Box Lawn 207. The next day I received a promotional e-amil from Ticketsinventory . I hit the reply button , and wrote that I ordered LAwn GA tickets, . Later , I noticed that I had missed a call and had a voice mail message on my cell phone. The message was from Ticketsinventory explaining that they made a mistake. I ordered tickets for the Kelly Clarkson concert in LA and received them , in 2 days, just as was promised. They were 9th row tickets advertised on the website for $57 each. I knew before ordering that the price would be more than was listed on the ticket and I had no problem with that. I could not have gotten such awesome seats otherwise. By the time I decided I wanted to make the trip to go-there were no good tickets to be had elsewhere. I'm so glad I found this site.. I would definitely use them again. more

Customer Service has become a thing of the past - no one wants to help - HOWEVER, Ticketsinventory came through with professional service.
