The best car buying experience 7/23/2011

At Tom Edwards they are very straight forward. My wife walked in by herself. The first thing she was asked is what car (color, make, model) are you looking for. This was a model they did not have on the lot. They didnt have her test drive all these cars that she did not come in looking for. She was not pushed to try anything over what she came for. We received the most we have ever received on a trade in. The overall experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. more

Great Service Great People 7/18/2011

I have been to many service dept. in my life. I have never been to one where the advisors cared more for me. The made sure that my car was in in and out in record time. Offered coffe and snacks and even had the shuttle driver run me to wal-mart to pick up some things i needed while my veh was being service. The driver was very nice and drove like a perfect gentleman. And can you belive it when i got back my service advisor had my car washed and vaccumed out the inside. I never thought i would ever say that i look foward to getting my car serviced. Thanks Tom Edwards Service Dept. for making my car run in tip top order and look great when your done. Best Service Dept. Hands Down 7/18/2011

I have been visting Tom Edwards for about 2 years. They handle all my repair needs. There has never been a time when i felt pushed to purchase services or repairs. They tell me what i need first then offer the servcies recommenend for my veh. I can not wait to purchase our new veh from them. Thanks to every one in the service dept. for making me feel like part of the family. more
