Three Waters Green

When my husband and I moved in, everything seemed fine. The houses were somewhat updated and living here for free was a big plus. This was our first house together because we just got married, so we were excited to show it off. After a few months passed, we started to realize what a joke this place was. There are no security officers, just about anyone can drive in here. We were told there was a ""1 pet per household"" rule, and we drive by houses with 2+ animals. The management team acts like they don't care what you have to say when you report any problems with your house. They interrupt you and persist that THEY are correct. I can't wait to move out of here. They have no respect for military families and our needs. Trust me, there are plenty more places in Pensacola I would RATHER live than here! Consider that before you sign the paperwork! more

When I first moved here I was very happy. The neighobrhood seemed nice and the houses looked in good condition. Also, the benefits of living in military housing appealed to me. As time went on, I realized that it did not live up to what I expected. There is no security, which I was told was 24/7. It seems like the staff here thinks they are above the city police. The houses are updated to an extent, which does not include energy efficent windows. The drafts are terrible. Most of the employees that work in the area give no respect to the military and are rude when asked to do their job. We choose to live here because we thought we would be respected and have help when our spouses are away. This not the case. Is it too hard to ask for respect, and what is expected of them????
