Worst

my dog likes it just fine, but i have heard some serious horror stories about this place! and its SOOOO expensive, way more than anywhere else around. they also charge $10 PER DAY...

11/19/12 There was a fire in their boarding facilities that burnt 3 dog houses and killed 7 dogs. Reported cause is most likely an electrical issue. PLEASE research before leaving your pet there. more

my dog likes it just fine, but i have heard some serious horror stories about this place! and its SOOOO expensive, way more than anywhere else around. they also charge $10 PER DAY extra on any holiday weekend, that's just mean. more

Most Caring Staff 9/18/2009

Since the day they opened, over 4 years ago, we have trusted our canine family of 3 to the folks at Thousand Hills Pet Resort. They have stayed in their care countless times in boarding and day care. We would not think of taking our dogs elsewhere. The manager, Kyle, and other staff there have always been caring and professional. They have always shown a personal interest in our dogs. Communication has been excellent. We have no reservations about the quality of care they receive. We know that there can be scuffles and mishaps. That's what happens sometimes when dogs have a good time playing with each other... just like kids! We highly recommend Thousand Hills! Because they truly care. BECAUSE WE TOTALLY TRUST THEM! Pros: Totally Trustworthy! Cons: none more

Our dogs loved it, staff was awesome! 9/9/2009

We have boarded our dogs multiple times at Thousand Hills Pet Resort, and have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff has been caring, conscientious, and friendly, and our dogs came home healthy, tired, and happy! Pros: spacious, lots of play areas, very caring staff Cons: our dogs didn't want to come home! more
