I must admit to having a huge fear of the dentist. I can't say why exactly, but it has always been the one thing that really creeps me out. I had always had an embarrassing smile. I would always take pictures hiding my teeth. So I finally decided to do something about it. I had heard about Dr. Farnoosh from one my friends. I called them for a consultation, sent them a picture of my smile, and i flew to los angeles as soon as possible. Dr. Farnoosh was very welcoming and did a wonderful job fixing my smile. This man and staff is very rude and unprofessional. I called the office and the woman who answered was really rude to me and so was dr. farnoosh. I've never been mistreated in such a way and then he yelled at me and belittled me. He then told me that my case was too difficult of a case when at first he told me I had a minor case especially looking at his before and afters I really didnt need the gummy smile procedure. He charges way to much for something as simple and to think I really was saving up to go to him next year but he shut me down. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DISCUSS ANY PROCEDURES WITH HIM VERY RUDE AND NOT WORTH IT! Rather spend my money else where! more

To shakespeare, ?to be, or not to be? that is only the question. But to me, ?to go, or not to go to a dentist? was completely a great issue. I have had a previous dental trauma that made my dental experience horrified, but admittedly after seeing Dr. Farnoosh, white page has started. I got different dental treatments with him from deep cleaning, crown lengthening, wisdom tooth extraction, bone ledge grafting, and lip lowering surgery, and worth mentioning, all went beautifully. As a child I neglected my teeth and at age 30 I ended up having upper denture. I was suffering from advance form of gum disease with severe bone loss, loose teeth and bad breath. My upper lip was sinking in because of the denture, had wrinkles around my lips and was ashamed of my smile. I was constantly holding my hands to cover my mouth, could not laugh or even talk freely, had problem with chewing when eating and I was always afraid that my denture may fall out. I tried to avoid parties and was depressed. I had accepted the fact that I have to spend rest of my life with a denture on the top and loose teeth, infected ugly gums at the bottom. He also advised me even though my lower teeth were loose and had bone loss more than 50% to 60%, he could treat my periodontal condition (gum disease) and he will save all my lower teeth. I was overwhelmed and cried on the chair. I felt very comfortable and trusted his recommendation. Of course the cost of treatment was major factor for me but I had suffered so much and for so long that my husband and I decided to use the equity line to proceed with the treatment. Now, I have a fixed bridge in the upper jaw supported by 10 implants with bone graft and the lower jaw, I have my own teeth and can now eat ribs, bite an apple without fear, talk & laugh freely without the habit of holding my hand in front of my mouth. I gained my self-esteem and confidence. My sinking upper lip and wrinkles disappeared. All my friends ask me what I have done because I look 10 years younger! My social & even sex life has drastically improved and I am totally different person. I can write a book about how miserable I was before and how happy I am now all because of Dr. Farnoosh. This dental experience was the complete package. Location is beautiful, staff is friendly, doctor is amazing. I came to LA for a consulation for gum bleaching and teeth whitening and its really changed my life. My confidence has gone up and as well as the compliments i get on my smile. Dr. Farnoosh's office is all the way in the west coast. And I thought it would be crazy expensive if I was planning to go there for jus gum bleaching. But it wasnt that bad. The trip and cost was definitely worth it. My teeth arent so bad. But its hard for me too smile when my gums are discolored. Dr. Farnoosh did an amazing job on completing my smile. I recommended him to my sister who had the same problem and she is finally happy with her smile. If you have a problem with your discolored gums, you need to get to dr. farnoosh right away. I had gum surgery done from Dr. Farnoosh and i can't be anymore thankful for what he did. Most of our worries during a surgery is the care of the doctor. But he is is very gentle. The office is very convient for me. I recommend him to all my family and friends. He definitely knows what he's doing. My encounter with Dr. Farnoosh changed my smile forever. I had a lip lowering procedure and had my teeth reshaped to be more even (two front teeth were significantly larger than the rest of my teeth). I can not express how lucky I feel to have found Dr. Farnoosh's website. Although this was somewhat of a pricey procedure, it was worth every penny! Honestly was not painful in the least bit, it was more annoying to not be able to move your mouth at first but certainly not painful. I stopped taking the pain medication after a day. For most people a gummy smile isn't that a big of a deal but the people with the gummy smile, it is the first thing you notice in pictures. I always had dark colored gums. I never heard of anything called gum bleaching until I did some research and found Dr. Farnoosh. My teeth have never really been a problem, but my dark gums always held me back from showing off my smile. I came from out of state, and my trip to Beverly Hills was worth the flight. Dr Farnoosh is the only Dr. I found in a 3,000 mile radius who could me. By the age of 30, my gums turned dark --like purple/black and I hated to smile. I argued with my dentist in Darien, CT who tried to unsuccessfully convince me that my gums were genetically pigmented and there was nothing that could be done. I tried to explain my gums used to be pink, that I felt this was caused by heavy smoking and coca cola and that none of my family members' gums are dark like mine and all I wanted was for them to be pink again. He basically told me to live with it. I saw another dentist in Encino, CA who didn't even mention that there was a dentist just over the hill (in Beverly Hills) who could help and he himself had no solutions for me either. At this point, in my OCD madness about this issue and refusal to believe it was pigmentation, I had taken to bleaching my gums with tooth whitening strips-didn't work. Then I went online one day and searched ""lighten gums"" and I found Dr. Farnoosh. After reading some testimonials and watching several videos that were posted online, I immediately made an appointment. Fortunate for me I was in LA, but the truth is, it would not have mattered if I were still in CT or Central America for that matter, I would have come from anywhere to see what this man could do for me. I have been going to Dr Farnoosh for about 6 months. I was referred to him by my dentist when I needed dental implants who said ""Dr. Farnoosh was one of the top dental implant surgeons in Los Angeles."" With a healthy dose of skepticism I checked up on him with a few other dentists---most of the feedback I got was encouraging and I later found out that he also had taught one of my friends who went to dental school at USC where Dr. Farnoosh is a professor. I decided to visit Dr. Farnoosh's office and have a consultation. We went over my case and the cost and I felt I could really trust him (which was important because I had never had any type of surgery before). Dr. Farnoosh was also flexible with me in terms of the financing options. In the end, Dr. Farnoosh placed 3 implants and also did a bone graft. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Farnoosh to anyone considering periodontal treatment or dental implants. more

After doing extensive research I traveled from Idaho to have the lip lowering procedure done by Dr. Farnoosh. I had my surgery on Friday and went home on Saturday the following day. I felt only minor discomfort following surgery and experienced no complications. I am extremely pleased with the result. more

I evaluated a dentists before I got my dental implants but I really liked Dr. Farnoosh and now have been going to his office for oral hygiene / maintenance for a few years. During my exhaustive search for a dental implant expert I researched and met a lot of doctors on the West Side. It was clear some were very focused on the business / money side of dentistry... Dr Farnoosh was a different because he genuinely explained the different options for my dental work, and didnt try and push a lot of extra stuff. Also, during and after the procedure Dr. Farnoosh genuinely cared about how I was doing.
