What a great experience! I took my friend here for her birthday and we had the spa to ourselves for a complete day of relaxation - I've never felt so pampered (it was almost worth us turning 40 ;-). I was impressed with Joyce's customer service, experience and knowledge. You get their full attention - no assembly line feeling here! The spa was relaxing, private and very clean (very important with what's been in the news recently). We're going again for her birthday this year, and whenever we can put aside some time to escape from the everyday grind. Pros: private, relaxing, experienced more

I went there w/t a specific problem (area) and Joyce - the owner - spent a lot of time to cure/heal it. She's very friendly and makes the spa available for one customer at a time, which is great! She also showed other techniques related to health and exercise. Highly recommended! more

Do something wonderful for yourself. Make an appointment to start your day at The Spa, or for a [luxurious] lunch hour, or to end a hectic day. I drove from Issaquah the last time I had an appointment with Joyce. You can imagine my stress level. But I stepped thru the Spa's doors, and I couldn't help but relax. The atmosphere of this cozy place immediately envelopes you. And Joyce makes you feel like you're all that matters right now. You'll have her undivided attention, no interruptions. I used the Joyce's Spa as a gift during Christmas for the women in my family, and they loved it so much that I had to treat my special girlfriend to a special spa package for Valentine's day. My visits to Joyce's Spa(For the Woman) have been indescribably delicious! She has a magical touch. I have had the "rejeuvenation" massage and facial that has left me absolutely the most relaxed I have ever been in my life, with glowing, dewey fresh skin. The spa is small and intimate,fragant and tranquil. After putting on the white spa robe, and getting comfortable on the heated table, Joyce customizes the facial for the specific need of the visit (dry patches or trouble spots). With minimal conversation, one is allowed to drift into the relaxation modeand soft music, while Joyce undoes the tensions in the muscles of the neck and shoulders, face , arms , and hands. The Spa for the Woman who cares is a refreshing spa enviornment. The light smells of aromatherapy, the flickering of candle light and the service and personal treatment is to only be expierenced. Best Day Spa is town 1/27/2005

Great spa. I've been to many day spas both locally and also abroad. "The Spa" is defintely one of the best. The spa is intimate and quaint. The soft scents were relaxing, but not overwhelming as in so many spas. The staff made me feel like I was the only person that mattered. Never rushed. The best part was having a facial by a state of the art aesthetician. I plan to go back for the shea butter body wrap. Pros: $$$value more

I have recently had the pleasure of visiting The Spa . . . for the Woman who Cares, and I was thrilled with the experience. From the warm and welcoming decor to the friendly and courteous massage therapists and proprietor, I felt at home, at ease, and completely relaxed. You can be pampered with a variety of treatments from the extensive spa menu, and they will even bring in lunch for you! All around, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Love the Ageless!!!! 1/2/2005

In addition to the wonderful services, I just have to brag on the products you have introduced me to! The Ageless products have completely changed my lift! I have never felt better! The Spa... for the woman who cares is all about a One on One experience. It's like having your very own spa, unlike the bigger spas. Joyce is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on a wide range on subject relating to skin care, nutrition and exercise. It's the perfect place to relax and revive. I can't wait to go back! more

A hidden treasure 11/14/2004

In the nook of a small business complex in Bothell you will find a piece of heaven. Based on the idea that when you come to the spa - it is yours alone, Joyce provided an experience like I have never experienced before. I couldn't help but think that this is the type of service you must get at one of those high priced fancy resort spas... (Which I can't afford!!) She treated me so well I didn't want to leave - even when I did - it didn't hurt my pocket book. Thank you Joyce for a wonderful spa experience. Pros: private, professional, heavenly more

Patrons are greeted at the door with personalized scents and a pair of slippers; they are then encouraged to proceed to treatments at their own pace for total relaxation. Organic European facials and massages are given in an adjacent treatment room, while pedicures are performed in a cozy armchair stocked with plenty of reading material.
