A VERY pleasant dental experience. I appreciated that there was no high pressure to get any type of extra work done. The office was clean and neat. The staff was exceptional!

As a person that had a fear of the dentist. I have met two that I totally have full confidence in. My former dentist resides in Florida, my current Plano, TX. It has taken several years since moving to Texas to find the right fit. With one visit to Dr. Potter's office his staff and himself made me feel very comfortable. So much so my husband is thinking of changing. You may have a new patient Dr. Potter. more

The office staff is amazing! My 5 year old was very nervous to go and when we got there they treated both of my children like royalty! I could hardly get them to leave! Loved the entire experience. Will be recommending Dr. Potter and his staff to all of my friends! more

Dr. Potter is great! He is very friendly and charming. He fixed my chipped tooth so expertly that when I looked in the mirror, I couldn't tell which tooth he had fixed. His staff is great as well! They're very friendly and considerate. Michelle, his hygienist was great. She was concerned about causing me any pain but there wasn't any at all! I enjoyed my experience very much and would recommend Dr. Potter and his staff to anyone. more

The front office is friendly and efficient. The dentist is very gentle, great chairside manner and takes time to answer your questions. The hygienist is very efficient and very gentle. She tells you exactly what they are going to do and also answers all your questions. I would give this dental practice a AAA+. more

The Plano Dentist has friendly staff who make one feel comfortable throughout treatments. The service is prompt and efficient and makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. If futher treatment is necessary, staff give a variety of of referrals based on the patient's needs. I have been going to this office for almost 3 years now and will continue to return. more

I had a bad experience at the dentist with novacaine as a child and learning I needed a cavity and two crowns on one side of my mouth made all my fears return. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff tried to put me at ease. Teresa made sure all my questions were answered and she and Dr. Potter ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. It was truly a painless experience! more

My mom had been trying to get me to switch dentists ever since she started going to the Plano Dentist. I'm so glad I finally listened! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Dr. Potter took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I was always comfortable. I never thought I'd say this about going to the dentist, but I actually had FUN! more

This was perhaps one of the friendliest offices--dental or otherwise--I'd visited. Though they ran slightly behind, I didn't mind waiting because the front office receptionist made me comfortable and accommodated me. Likewise, the hygienist was friendly, kind, and sensitive. Though I've never felt particularly attached to one dentist's office or another, I can't imagine visiting another dentist anytime soon! more
