Melting pot is a restaurant that i visit very frequently. The atmosphere and the service is the best that i have ever recieved. I usually go to the melting pot in coral springs. Ravishingly Romantic 7/29/2002

IF you fantasize having a lovely candlelit dinner with your lover in a dark corner while smooth jazz and classical music float down to you over the smell of wine and cheese bubbling away on the table between you then this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly helpful and if you call ahead they'll be more than glad to set up a chilled bottle of wine, balloons or anything else to make your night special. The Melting Pot is the first date winner! There is always something to talk about as you closely cook your food together. There's no room for awkward silent moments. The lighting & private booths for each couple makes for many dates to come. more

This is a great place for a romantic date. The lights are low..the booths hidden.. The experience is out of the ordinary and the two of you will enjoy the change. Once you get the hang of cooking your own food, it becomes fun. The desserts are absolutely to die for. Overall it is a wonderful place to eat!
