The Lewisville Dentist

All the staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They are helpful answering questions and making recommendations. This office has great technology to show the patient views (pictures and x-rays) of their teeth immediately. When I saw pictures of my wisdom teeth, it finally convinced me to get them removed (they recommended a great oral surgeon). Also, the dentist and hygenists find any cavities right when they start so its a simple filling early on rather than a root canal or crown later. They check your gums each time as well to make sure those are healthy and can give extra treatment to make sure they don't start receeding early. Summary: Nice professional people who are good at their job. more

I have been so pleased with Lewisville Dental. Everyone there is so professional, and wonderfully friendly. Before I started going to them, it had been about 20-25- years since I was last at a dentist. They took great care of me, showed me where dental health was lacking, and prescribed a plan of treatment. Angela Hardcastle in particular has been wonderful. She has be my hygenist, and the only I have had the most contact with, and she is always very professional, and caring. I would and do recommend the Lewisville Dental Group to anyone and everyone, who needs good dental care. They truly are a blessing to me. more

comment The Lewisville Dentist office provided me with top notch care, service & professionalism from the very first time I called. I was in search for a new dentist due to changes in my insurance, and I had an emergency need for a root canal & crown. Sarah answered the phone on the first call and wowed me by asking if I could be in the office for my first appointment withing the next 20 minutes. That barely gave me time to shut down my work and drive there, though I live but two miles away. I had called another local dentist office the day before. The receptionist put me on hold for an extended period of time, was very short and seemed unwilling to check into whether or not they would accept my insurance. They did not call me back until I had discovered The Lewisville Dentist...way too late. The professionalism & courtesy treatment I received that first day sold me on The Lewisville Dentist! They scheduled my surgery the very next day. The surgery went off without a hitch, and the pain was gone...so thankful. Words alone pale when attempting to describe my experience with the entire staff and Dr. Goodman! It's not that I love going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my next visit. more

I have been going to this dentist office for maybe 5 or 6 years now. They are always friendly and professional. Everyone is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have. The prices are reasonable - I wouldn't worry about breaking the bank with these ladies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. more

Before I started going to The Lewisville Dentist (DR. Natalie Goodman) I used to hate going for check ups because it seemed like every time I went there was something needing to be done, so I simply did not go... (bad choice) I had several teeth that needed fixed. Dr. Goodman takes good care of her patients. My last 3 visits have been cavity free and it is an awesome feeling. I will continue to go to The Lewisville Dentist and I highly recommend her. more

The entire staff at The Lewisville Dentist is amazing. The ladies at the front have wonderful personalities and explain every procedure and cost to you with detail. The hygienists take the time to explain each procedure and give you important information on dental care. Dr. Goodman is very kind and isn't "rushed". She takes time to explain any concerns she has or that the patient has without "talking over your head". I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a great, caring dentist! more

I went to dr. Goodmans office today for the first time. I have not been to a dentist in the past 5 years. I was told I had cavities. The staff and dr were great. They explained everything about cavities and they even showed me pictures of my cavities. wow! That was discusting. I had no idea my teeth looked like that. I am going back next week to get my fillings. Ill post again after that visit. I highly reccommend. more

Don't bother going to this dentist. In my opinion, they are only out for your money. My experience consisted of the following issues: hygentist only focused on procedures that really didn't need to be done, never saw the dentist, always wanted to sell some procedure without caring about the patients finances. They also billed my insurance incorrectly. I recommend to stay away! Pros: The receptionist is nice Cons: Lack of relationship building; arrogance; insurance issues; only seem to care about money more
