My husband and I retained Mr. Newcombe for several matters before Bob passed away. He did an amazing job in every case. Several of the cases involved traffic matters. And, Mr. Newcombe was an absolute pit bull when it came to aggressively fighting them on our behalf. Another one of the cases was a very complex dog bite case that ended up in a protracted battle over medical bills with Medicare. He was absolutely relentless in his fight to get us every dollar that we deserved. Mr. Newcombe and his team did a fantastic job of keeping up the fight until our case was successfully resolved. This guy is not afraid to fight for his clients. And he gets results! I highly recommend him and his dedicated to staff to anyone who needs their legal services. I would never got anywhere else! One need only turn on the nightly news to see DUI emphasis patrols are out every month with essentially the sole purpose of arresting people who are driving after having consumed some alcohol earlier that day.
