A pretty park 3/16/2006

Druid Hill tends to get a bad wrap, as it's often labeled as being "in a bad area." However, during my many trips to Druid Hill Park and the Baltimore Zoo on the property, I've found the park to be quite pretty and my experience enjoyable. The last time I was there, they also had a frisbee golf course for those interested in such a sport. Overall, DH Park has some great grounds that are well worth checking out. more

Druid HIll Park sits on 744 acres of land. Besides the grass, trees, trails, and a lake,the park has buildings from the 18th century. The building in clues a Conservatory, a Chinese Pagoda and many more. The Baltimore Zoo is also at the park. Going to the zoo is always something fun to do, but just going to the park is a great way to spend the day with family and friends. more
