The Home Depot - Does Anybody Work There Anymore 10/24/2006

I just don't know what the deal is with The Home Depot. I went in there the other day to purchase a piece of MDF for some shelves I am building., Yes, I am pretty handy with a nail, a hammer and a husband (I direct him on just what to do). I gotta tell you, I had a HECK of a time finding anyone to help me load and cut a piece of MDF. FINALLY, after about 20 minutes of looking for someone, I asked as cashier to call someone to the lumber department. After another five minutes waiting, I asked her to call a manager. And waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for him to show up! Um... HELLO.... this is supposed to be a pretty helpful place, unless their commercials are lying. But it seems that every time I go into this place, I have to help myself or leave and go to Lowes. more

One of the best home improvment places around. If you ready to redecorate you will find what you need here. If its a helping hand you need then they offer their own installers to help you out. The staff is just around the corner to answer any questions and if its ideas you want then they can help you there too. more

find everything you need for your home 6/15/2005

This home depot seems to be well-stocked and the staff generally knows what they're talking about. The landscaping and gardening section has a lot of products but seems under-staffed. We couldn't find anyone to help us there. Gets busy on the weekends, so try to go during the week if you can. more
