They are scam atrist 12/4/2006

I went into the Medina Home Depot and talked to the Project Designer who told me that this is just an estimate and the price may go up with the field fit when the template is made. I brought in the measurements and they were close to the design of the professional that made the template. The so called project design specialist was off by 4.7 linear feet. He measured 21.9 linear feet. I never did get to see the measurements from the template. The Project designer said the company that did the template was closed on Saturday and he would call them on Monday and get this straightened out. I called the store at 8:00 P.M. and he was not even scheduled to work. A person said the mistake was on the island measurement. I do not even have an island in my kitchen. Don't go there for a counter top of any kind. If any business comes to Medina it is going to fail at coustomer service. more

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible 9/13/2005

The only reason I would ever go back to this Home Depot would be to personally tell the manager how terrible the customer service of his employees is. I have made several trips to this store and finally vowed that I would never go there again. Their customer service is abhorrent (there wasn't an orange vest to be found), their selection is terrible (items advertised in circulars were nowhere to be found), and their prices are ridiculously expensive. One redeeming factor was a single manager who I finally hunted down. When I couldn't find the item I was looking for (because they didn't carry it), he sold me a comparable, more expensive item at the same price as the item I was looking for. My best advice: Run before you get sucked into the vortex of orange inefficiency and bad service! more
