If you or any of your friends has a physical disability, be forewarned that most of the Highball's karaoke rooms are not handicap-accessible. Except for a couple of very small rooms on the ground floor, the karaoke rooms are upstairs, with no elevator or any alternative means of reaching them. I was surprised that this was even possible, post-ADA. My disabled friend was unable to attend my birthday celebration because she couldn't climb the stairs to the karaoke room we had reserved. The staff was very apologetic, and gave us a free bottle of champagne, but it didn't really make up for having my friend turned away. The manager said they will update their website to make clear which rooms are and are not accessible. For that, I'm giving two stars instead of only one.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: No elevator to karaoke rooms
