There a lot of bad comments so I just want to give a overview from someone who actually knows the herb lady :) for many years. You know everyone has a story and we don't know what her's is. But she has been in business and treating people for much longer than most people have been around and helped a lot of people and yes she is abrupt sometimes but she European and says it how it is and you never have to worry about what she's thinking and always will get the truth. She always gives you the best and fairest price and will always remember your loyalty to her. So just remember she has paid her time and done her job and maybe she just needed a smile that day. more

Bad Customer Service 9/30/2008

First Off I'd like to say I've "heard" wonderful things about the Herb Lady.However my visit to the store on Tuesday,September 30th was far from Wonderful.I over heard the lady that was working that day as she was dealing with two gentleman customers.Not only was she extremely rude but when a third man that must have knew the two customers approached them,she said,"Somebody needs to take a shower!" One of the men ask for her name and she said,"why so you can make a complaint?" He told no.Then she said her name was Morma. more

For Your Good Health 9/2/2005

This is a small shop located in downtown Sparks. The Herb Lady has been in the same location for many, many years. She offers a nice variety of dietary supplements, natural remedies for everyday ailments, and health food. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always more than willing to go the extra mile to provide answers and advice to their customers. more
