The Green Turtle in Fells is your typical no-frills bar. They have your average pub food as well as some more varied selections. The hamburgers are very good. On weekends they have music and drinks, but the place has a tendency to get very crowded. I would say as far as bars in Baltimore go, it is about average. more

Great place for drinks and food. 4/3/2006

This place has a wide variety of drinks. The atmosphere is electric with lots of different people of all ages! The music varies from the rock to dance to swing. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to give you another drink without a wait! We enjoy their great sushi at the bar before dinner. They offer a nice selection of seafood, steaks and traditional sandwiches. Definitely not a place for the whole family but if you're going on a date or just out for a nightcap this is a great place to try. more

Good hangout, not for dinner 3/24/2006

The staple of bar cruising in Fells Point, is the Greene Turtle. It can often get very crowded on the weekends, but is a fun place to meet up with your friends. I enjoy watching and meeting new people from all over the area. I have never tried more than appetizers here as I am usually hanging out at the bar and it is crowded. The food is fine, typical bar fare. If you are in Fells Point, stop by. more

This place is still the same, the place to meet up with your lacrosse buddies for a beer!! They offer food too, not a bad lunch menu but usually too crowded and loud for a normal dinner - stick with the peanuts and beer. Parking in Fells Point is never free anymore since the city put those meter machines in, but easier to find. more
