This place has always been a favorite! The service is like nothing you find on pearl street or anywhere else in Boulder. Unrivaled wine list and delicious menu! The duck rendered ...

Just ate at the Greenbriar, it was pretty disapointing. The service was very good but the food wasn't anything special. Out of 6 dishes, only 2 of them were really

We went to the Greenbriar for our anniversary. The ambience, food, and service helped make the occasion very special. We have been going to the Greenbriar over the years and it has managed to stay very fresh and vibrant. The wine selection was amazing with something for every taste and budget. more

The server was excellent and the food was superb! Our server staged our orders in a very relaxing way and really made our dining very nice. The atmosphere was really very nice and the pace of dining was slow and casual. more

Wonderful ambiance beautiful decor comfortable seating and perfect holiday lighting. It appears the seating's were over-booked as there was a good wait beyond the scheduled seating time and no room in the bar area. Menu is focused toward meat eaters with locally raised beef and lamb. Seafood is flown in. Therefore, prices are high. Dessert was amazing. more

My wife and I have gone to Greenbriar Inn on several occasions to celebrate special events or when certain company visit. This time two friends spent a couple days with us and they requested that we return to Greenbriar because they enjoyed it so much on a previous visit. We went on a Sunday night when it was very quiet; a good environment for conversation. All four of us were very pleased with our meals (lamb sirloin, chicken paillard, duck breast and salmon). The presentations were beautiful and the taste lived up to the presentations. I especially appreciate the fact that, unlike so many places in Boulder, Greenbriar always offers a good selection of reasonably-priced wines. In this case, we started with Amayna Sauvignon Blanc - which everyone liked a lot - and then moved to a nice Torres Rioja. Our waiter (Brit) was most friendly, attentive and responsive to all of our requests. And the ambiance at the Greenbriar is among the best in the county. All-in-all, we totally enjoyed our meal and highly recommend Greenbriar to anyone wanting to enjoy a fine meal in a special setting. more

I consider the GreenBriar to be one of the top 5 restaurants in the Boulder area and this visit was well up to the usual standard. Little out of the way for more regular visits, but an excellent option for special occasions. more

Food and service quality is always outstanding at the Greenbriar Inn. We love their Sunday Brunch, you will need reservations. Variety of food as well as presentation and quality is excellent. Service is perfect, not too little, not too much, always there when you need them. Buffet for brunch is laid out well for easy flow. Good place for quiet romantic dinner for two or family occasion at Sunday Brunch. more

Greenbriar is one of our favorite places to go for a special occasion. We were just there for Thanksgiving dinner and it was wonderful. Much better than a popular place in Boulder where we went last year for the holiday. Brunch is a favorite of ours. Theirs is just the best ever. The only complaint I have is that when you are going to spend that much for a meal and get all dressed up, it's disconcerting to have children running around especially at a late hour. I just don't think you should take kids to an upscale restaurant. There are many other places that are kid friendly. more

They have the most amazing brunch layout. Lots of options for any occasion. Inside and out depending on the weather. It is never too loud and the service is always spot on. more

We had a really great time celebrating a birthday with all you can drink champagne brunch. The food was pretty good but not great, which I thought was perfect for a buffet. That way, you can stop eating and don't stuff yourself to the point of explosion. I thought the service was a little slow since all the server had to do was refill our drinks and that was an extensive wait for anything BUT champagne. Our champagne flutes were never empty but our coffee cups were. Overall, a really fun time that met my high expectations but didn't exceed them . I would recommend and definitely come back again. Note: not good for a vegan, but plenty of vegetarian and GF options. more

You just don't often find a place with waiters who know how to whip up an original Caesar salad from scratch at your table. It was perfect. And the Beef Wellington that followed it was one of the best pieces of meat we have had in a loooong time. All in all the best choice for a birthday dinner celebration. Outstanding meal! more

This was our first time at The Greenbriar Inn, however we will definitely be going back. The Inn is quite charming, with its twinkle lights and location out of town. The waitstaff was very kind and helpful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Grilled Salmon. more

An expensive restaurant to be sure, but better food and a better experience than comparable expensive restaurants, for no more money. They treat you like royalty here. more
