I have been getting The Fresh Diet delivered for the past two months and it is fantastic! There is a great variety of food and having portion sizes figured out for me really helps. I've been doing the Fresh diet for a couple months now and it's very addictive having all your meals delivered daily. The food is really great and you don't feel deprived at all. If you want to eat right and not have to spend time cooking and shopping this is the way to go. I've tried other services and nothing else compares. The food is high quality, very flavorful, and packaged well. Every evening it's like Christmas when I open my bag and see what's inside! I've tryied lots of diets over the years, but this is my first enjoyable experience. I no longer have to stress over meal planing, shopping for ingredients, and cooking! Portion Control at its BEST 4/12/2012

After three babies in four years, I had forgotten what a 'normal' portion was! And let's be honest .... Things are bigger in Texas!! This diet has been an uber convenient way for a super busy mom to lose weight and more importantly relearn healthy habits to go forward. 90 percent of what I have ordered has been at least an 8 out of 10 on the 'yummy' scale. There have been a few dishes that didn't appeal to me, and I will avoid choosing them in the future. The cost is not insignificant, but I don't think if you really added up what you would spend buying and preparing all these fresh foods that it's that much more expensive. And if you watch you should be able to get a coupon for 29 per day if your willing to try it for a month. I have had no issues with timely delivery or any problems with customer service. Yummy, Fresh & Convenient 4/1/2012

This is my second month of using the fresh diet. I enjoy the anticipation of what I will be eating for the day. I am also on the my-choice plan and I love to pick my meals a week at a time so that I do not have the same thing every day. Lastly, I am only planning meals for myself and I would have a difficult time getting the wonderful variety that shows up on my doorstep every day. LOVE LOVE LOVE this meal plan! 3/27/2012

Since I've been on this diet I've lost nearly 12 pounds! I had previously tried all the other 'diet' stores in town and found that their food was pricey, unappetizing, and, many times, resembled something I'd feed my dog. So, I decided to give the Fresh Diet a chance and haven't regretted it a second! It's insanely convenient (delivered to my doorstep every morning!), the portion size of the food is pretty big (many times I find I can't finish it completely), and, most importantly, the food is delicious!!! I highly, highly recommend it to anyone on-the-go and looking for a yummy and convenient way to diet. I've renewed my meal plan with them three times and plan to continue doing so!
