The gentleman who helped me pick out a frame was so helpful, and not at all pushy. The price was good, and the print looks so cute in the frame and with the matting that he helped me pick out. The turn-around-time was good too. I would definitely recommend his shop to everyone! more

Really like the place and the selection, I found two frames that are georgous and the lady helped me select exactly what I had a vision of. Very Nice and extremely patient and I appreciated that they took the time to assisit me in the process. more

This is a little off beat place that has huge appeal !! Framed 2 old photos of my grandma form the 1920;s and the help picking and selecting was outstanding, This Emily ?? helped me and she was extremley nice and patient with me selecting the perfect ideal things for my pictures, Which btw, I adore as did my Mother and Aunt, Almsot moved them to tears ... Jon offered great service at a very good price for the quality he provided. One thing to know before you go is Jon is a one man shop right now with the economy so it is better to call before you go and make sure he is there and able to get to it quickly. more

There are few people walking this earth knowing less about art than I, however this didn't prevent me from immensely enjoying my time in this store . The hospitality, kindness, service and talent are truly something to behold. It is impossible to only spend fifteen minutes here as there's too much to see, experience and feel. Great Value and affordabilty !!! more

I think the people at Framers Alley feel the same way. When I went in they cared about my piece as much as I do, and they made the process of selecting a frame choice really enjoyable. I had a esy time and they made it that way for me. These people know what they're doing and they want you to be happy for not a lot of money overall. more

I have used Framers Alley since 2008 for my framing needs. I frame quite a few items in each given year for both myself and clients and have found Jon to be very helpful in picking the best frame, matting, etc... for my needs. There have been many a time that I came in and said ""just do your framing magic"" and left the item in jon's creative hands and I have yet to be disappointed. In addition, I have found the Framers Alley to be fairly priced as well. Highly recommended but, please come after he finishes my framing first. more

Our shopping experience here was incredible, We were greated well and explained on all of our framing choices and given sound advise on how to hang it when we picked it up as well as helped to our vehicle. We loved the price compared to a recent comparision nearby and they had almost too large of a selection to choose from. more

I also was promised by the owner that my picture would be framed in 10 days max. On the 10th day, I was told it was ?still drying,? (?) & it would take longer. He said I should just relax & he?d call me when it was ready. When I asked what day, he started to rail at me ? saying my call was interrupting the cogs in the machinery & taking him away from work. He told me to pick up my picture immediately. When I picked it up, it was interesting to see that my picture was in a pile with the mat and frame. Nothing had ever been glued or drying! I was treated rudely, to boot! I don?t know how this guy stays in business! I would NOT recommend this establishment! more

I ordered a $210 frame with museum glass for a painting I just finished. When I ordered the frame I made it clear that I was planning on giving this painting to a friend as a gift in two weeks. Jon (the owner?) promised me that it would be finished within 9-10 days. When I sent an email (via Framers website) to check on the status of my order on Day 9, I received this response reprimanding me for disturbing him: ?You really confused me and set me back today. I run a simple process. I call the customer when done. That is the way my procedure works each and every time with each and every client.? I was stunned. When I called on Day 10, the proprietor was verbally abusive and I was told that he would no longer deal with me and that I should pick up my painting immediately. I was shook up and asked my husband to come with me to the store, because I was actually afraid to pick it up alone. more

I have previously had good results using Framer's Alley. Recently I have been treated to rants by the owner (?) when I had the temerity to call and inquire as to whether my painting was ready to be picked up. He told me it would be done in 10 days at the most which is when I called. He then told me it wasn't ready, but would be in 3 more days. Needless to say, that deadline passed as well. I told him it was a gift at the time I took it in for framing and he told me it would be done in plenty of time. Well, it wasn't. I will never go back to this shop because the owner has a problem controlling his temper and keeping deadlines he himself agreed to. Take your business elsewhere. more
