I took my car to get the $129 detail. They sold me on an upgrade for $50 to do a buffing to get rid of scratches and dings. It was 9am, only about 3-4 cars were there, they told me it would be 2-3 hours and they would call when it's ready. So my husband and I left, but tried to stay around the area for that 2-3 hours. We called at noon, not ready yet. 1pm came, no phone call. 2pm came, no phone call. So we showed up around 3:15 and it still wasn't done! 6.25 HOURS LATER!!! And we still had not received a phone call. We asked to talk to someone so they brought up the detail mgr (John). He didn't even apologize, he just made excuse after excuse. Our main gripe wasn't the time, but rather the fact that nobody called to say ""sorry, we told you 2-3 hours but it's going to be longer"". So, we had to wait about 45 minutes more - now it's been a total of 7 hours. We asked to talk to the overall manager (Mike) and he was very nice. He understood our position, apologized and said someone should have called. He was the one positive aspect of the experience. He offered us $50 off which was nice.\r

We went out there to inspect it and found the following hadn't even been done: behind the rear headrests there were insects, dirt, etc; behind the seats had grass that hadn't been vacuumed; wheels were dirty where it looked like they ""attempted"" to clean them but with a greasy rag; there were several scratches that they couldn't get out; there was still dirt on the roof of the car that we could just wipe off with our hands that they should have cleaned in the so called ""hand wash and wax""; insides of the doors were still dirty and I had to clean with a rag myself when I got home. They did shampoo the seats well, a positive. We were finally able to leave there at 4:30, so the total experience took 7.5 hours!\r

Overall, I would not recommend this place. For $169 I would expect an expert detailing job. I merely got a car wash and shampoo interior.
