False promises 11/1/2011

About a year ago I contacted mr fertitta concerning a case I had brought against me. After months of having rescheduled court dates and him not even showing up to some court dates during which he made promises of dismissal, nothing. Eventually he presented me with the same plea the prosecutor would have given me without a lawyer. Worst 10,000 dollars ever spent more

Great Criminal Defense Attorney 11/18/2010

So grateful for the service at the Fertitta Law Firm. I was recently arrested on a DUI charge, which I should not have been prosecuted for. Mr. Fertitta got my case dismissed quickly. He worked hard for me and I would recommend his services to any of my own friends and family. more

Great Criminal Defense Attorney 2/11/2010

I was falsely charged with a DUI because I had an open container in my car. I was drinking and received a ticket for open container, but it was my third beer after a family dinner. I don't condone my actions, but clearly was not drunk. I was referred by a friend to Fertitta Law Firm who had a DWI previously. He was able to get the DUI reduced, but I did still have to pay the ticket for the open container, but that was fine by me. I would suggest contacting him if you're in a similar situation. more
