The receptionist are always a bit chilli. 10/2/2011

I have been going to The Face and the Body for over 10 years. I love the services and the facility. However, I have always found the people in the reception area to be a bit chilli. I recently stopped by to purchase the soap that I use for my face and they were out. The receptionist said the shipment would be in on Tuesday. She said that if I came by on Wednesday it may be still be in someone's office and not one the floor yet, so ask them to look. I pointed out to her the it was Wednesday and perhaps the product was in the person's office and to please check. She told me "no." She and the male receptionist told me they would call me when the product came in. The receptionist made me feel like I inconvenienced him by stopping by. He did nothing to assist me. I left the store, then called back and asked the male to call another store. I asked him if he would do it today? He said " I can't call until I get off the phone with you." He told me I would be called when the product came in. When the product came in no one called me. I finally just bought it some place else. more

9/16 Pedicure 9/19/2011

I was extremely disapointed with my overall experience last Friday - I arrived for my service on time and had to wait close to 20 mins for my pedicure to start - this was due a wedding party which arrived late. Valentina worked very hard to make up for the difference but I had to skip the parrafin step as I could not be late as I had to be somewhere after the pedicure - in addition during the pedicure the wedding party was sitting on both sides of me -as when my pedicure started all chairs were empty so they could of sat together - but during the pedicure they started fighting with each other and this was right over me - while my pedicure was going on - overall a very bad experience. more

Wonderful Massage! 9/10/2011

Face & Body is great! I have been going to Josh for massages for years now, and have always had a wonderful experience. He has done both Swedish and pregnancy massages for me, and is very skilled in both types. He takes the time to listen to my requests and is always able to find the areas that need extra attention. I recently convinced my husband to give it a try, and he is now going on a regular basis. He prefers a much firmer massage than I do, but Josh was able to provide that too. I highly recommend going to Face & Body, for a massage because they will listen to your requests and give you exactly the type of massage you need. more

Fabulous experience!! 9/7/2011

LOVED it!!! My girl friend and I went to the Face and Body in Brentwood for a "mommies day out" and had a fabulous time. We were treated like royalty. We each got a massage and a spa pedicure. The massage was heavenly and the pedicure came out perfect. We both felt refreshed and can't wait to do it again. For the true spa feel, I would definitely go to F&B!! more
