Worst

Grooming is so-so at best- I don't use the groomers there at all. The daycare was great but something changed this week- doubt if I will return unless things change.

I have been using Tami as a groomer for over a decade. I find it very interesting that all the bad reviews listed here were all posted on the same date. This would be the same date she changed staffing due to bad performance by some of her employees. If you question the cleanliness, take a tour. I also find it interesting that someone deems her a bad groomer. Try making an appointment sometime. She is booked out at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. This is not the hallmark of a business that is overrun with fleas or does a bad job grooming their clientele's pets. I highly recommend this business to anyone wanting their dog to walk into a place where they are treated like they would be in their own home. My dogs are always happy to visit this place. more

Awesome Grooming staff 12/1/2010

Tami and staff are Outstanding!!! Tami has groomed my dogs for the past 12 years and my dogs are absolutely excited to go to the groomer. Tami knows all her clients and her staff is awesome. The previous reader must have been at the wrong groomer. This staff is top notch and I never feel anxiety leaving my pets with them. When a dog is excited walking in the door you know this is a great place!! more

Customer service needs help 10/6/2009

Long story short, Dogs were flea free. Dogs get groomed. Dogs have Fleas just after grooming. E.C. argues they didn't give dogs fleas. E.C. leaves nasty message telling this repeat customer of 3 years E.C. will no longer do business with them. WHAT?? My dogs get fleas at your grooming shop and you won't help AND you're refusing my service?? Apparantly in this economy dog grooming jobs are so secure you can refuse service!! more

  • Our owner, Tami Clifton, has experience grooming all breeds of cats and dogs. She gives special time and attention to each pet's individual needs.. Training obedience school Your pet will learn the following obedience commands: Sit/Stay Down/Stay Place/Climb Heel Come Wait Stand Ook/Chill Sit/Down in motion Training programs will correct the following negative habits. Jumping Digging Chewing Housetraining Aggression/Fear Excessive Barking Day Training: Dogs are dropped off for the day and work on obedience commands with Tami one-on-one. At the end of the week,owners have a lesson with their dog and Tami to learn what their dog has learned,and how to continue training at home. Boarding Training: Dogs are dropped off for a week at a time. They are trained daily to respond to a number of obedience commands. Once weekly,owners will meet with Tami to have a one-on-one training session. Refresher Courses Any dog that has gone through training with Tami can come back for a refresher course to learn advanced obedience or just practice. Grooming We offer full-service grooming by appointment,Monday through Friday. We offer basic and advanced grooming with quality hand scissoring. We offer a grooming maintenance program to keep your pet in tip-top shape. We take care to give your pet special attention,and get to know both you and your pet. Please let us know about any special needs. We're willing to accommodate! Call for an estimate for your pet right away! Day Care We offer daycare for your dog Monday through Friday,7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Reservations are required,as we have limited space. In addition to having fun,your dog will learn how to interact and communicate with other dogs in a controlled environment. Dogs who are insecure around other dogs can gain confidence. Dogs with separation anxiety can learn how to be apart from their parents in a fun environment. Young dogs will learn how to be well adjusted and confident in the world around them.
