Very very poor experience. I had to call 4 times to figure out what is happening and it was disappointing.
I used grubhub from my home and was trying to convince my friends to use it but I am sure that after this experience they will question it.
I sincerely hope that GrubHub will fix this problem. I use it very often but such service issue will reduce my likelihood to use it.
GrubHub should track the food delivery status and if the vendor or the client does not confirm the delivery of food, Grubhub should communicate the delays pro-actively.
Hunger can't wait,
