My first negative review ever, but this place really deserves it! They will be saccharine sweet when trying to sell you an overpriced or unneeded item, but they had atrocious (not exaggerating here) customer service when I tried to make a return. The owner was very condescending and rude, but did make the return after shaming me. Although the saleswoman assured me I could get a refund if needed, I was informed that because I paid cash instead of credit, I would be issued a store credit - which was really just the receipt. I somehow managed to hold on to the flimsy piece of paper, returned to buy my son new shoes, and was told it was null and void because store credits are only good for 6 months (and it had been 9). No apologies or exceptions, just lost money. In fact, the staff was downright bitchy. Learn from me and avoid this place - find a better place to shop local!
