Having been a server myself I know the standards for good service at a restaurant. I sat down to dinner with 6 family members and we were astonished at our servers rudeness. He actually said to me ""Go ahead Ma'am I'm listening, Talk!"" All I wanted was a refill. I had one glass of water served to me at the time I was seated and after my meal came out I had one slice of delicious pizza and realized my water was almost gone. The server chatted with the table next to our table even after they had received their check and ingnored our table completely. I was not the only person at our table that he was rude to. The manager did appoligize for the long wait for our meal it seems this restaurant was having an abundance of birthday parties and the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. When the check came 18% gratuity was added to our bill automatically and I was amazed we had to pay our rude server and I have to ask myself if he treated us how he wanted because he knew his gratuity would be included. If it weren't for Godiva chocolate Cheesecake I would not visit this restaurant again.
