I just want to give some feedback on my move of May 31, 2011. I made my appointment on 5/30/2011 for a move the next morning. I was in a jam, and needed to get out of the place I was in by the first of the month. I was pleasantly surprised when Casy informed me that this was possible. He made the arrangements that were needed, informed me of the price, and informed me that I would need to pay by money order. He even called back to ask if I needed boxes. \r

The next morning, at around 7:00 a.m., I called and spoke to Kevin. I was calling to confirm the amount that I needed for payment in order to get my money order. Kevin then informed me that I could pay by cash, or credit card as well. I asked if I was still scheduled for a morning move. (My intention was to move, and to go to work after moving was complete) Kevin then informed me that while I was in the system, I was not on the ""drivers clip board"" for that day. Kevin then informed me that he would have to speak to his manager, and that he would get back to me in 30 min. \r

Thirty min passed, and I called back. Kevin was not available, and a young woman spoke to me. She seemed to understand what I was going through, and tried to work with me. I informed the young lady that I had to be out of the apartment I was in today. She stated that a moving crew was to come to work at 10:00 a.m. and that I would be a priority move and that they should be at my place by 11:00. \r

When I called at 11:00, I spoke to John, who informed me that the information I had received earlier was not correct, and basically was given to get me off the phone. John informed me that my move may happen on the next day. I told John that this was not acceptable because I had to be out of the apartment the next day. John stated that he would call me back with a mover. At 12:30 a woman named Shirley called me and informed me that a crew would be available to move me at three o'clock. \r

At three o'clock, there were still no movers, and I was informed that because of the lateness of a previous client, my movers were running behind. \r

Mark and Craig, my movers, arrived at 6:21 p.m. that evening. Mark and Craig, were complete gentlemen, and moved my furniture in a very professional manner.\r
The office staff, and the process that is used to do moves is not. Not only was I not able to go to work on that day, I also lost my paid holiday, because I was not able to work the day after the holiday to get paid for it. That is two days of loss wages, and I had to pay the entire price for the lateness of the move. No consideration was given for my inconvenience. \r

I am very disappointed in the services I received from Apartment Movers, and will not be recommending them to anyone for moving services.\r
