8/11/2012 - original deliver time schedule was from 10am-3pm. (#1075097)Concerned about the time window, I requested an update after 12 noon that day. From that point on I called every hour for updates with no response or confirmation from company. I asked to speak with the supervisors/management on duty that day (Pete and Ted) I left MANY messages for them to call but never received a phone call back. The movers didn't arrive until 7:30pm that evening. They didn't complete the loading of my place until 9:00pm which was too late to access my storage facility. I had to take the risk of leaving ALL of my value possessions in the trailer until the following Sunday morning. The day was a complete disaster. I was lied to by customer service representatives all day Saturday and no one from management would return my calls or provide confirmation. I was told to contact Jeremy for resolution. I've left several messages and requests for his return phone call every since the week of 8/13/2012. For three weeks I have not been able to get this matter resolved and to find out why I've been ?lied to?, no effort from the company to satisfy simple questions answered, or resolution for a horrible customer service experience. I've asked for Rod Johnson's (the owner) information but once again I received several comments from customer service agents which do not support the truth. I have a list of customer service agents I've spoken with over the past weeks as well. (Miranda, Diana, Christina, Amy, and Michael to name a few I can recall) I finally made one last attempt to speak with Jeremy on 8/29/2012. I finally was able to hear his voice over the phone, but he placed me on hold for 10 minutes. He never came back to the line and I called back once again. He then again placed me on hold for another 10 minutes and never came back to the line I believe this is a horrible act of customer service and poor business ethics. If a company cannot resolve a customers' concerns or pick up the phone to communicate should not be in business.
