Great place to leave your pets and feel safe! 6/11/2011

I can't speak to the hospital as I visit a different vet for my pet care and can only speak to the resort portion of the facility but if the clinic is anything like the resort you would be hard pressed to find a better place in town. I began taking my dog to the resort about 5 months ago and I can't believe I waited that long to do it. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff is wonderful. The manager there is accommodating to our needs (which can be demanding, we treat our baby like our own children). I recommend the pet resort to anyone who has trepidations or fears about leaving their pets in a kennel where they may only get out two times a day. The second time we went to drop our little man off as soon as we pulled into the parking lot his tail began to wag and he rushed out of the car to get inside. That's all the review I need. more

Best Medical Care for your Animal, Period! 5/31/2007

1. Caring, attentive staff that works with you!\r 2. Awesome new facility and price-conscious treatment!\r 3. A place that knows and treats your pet like it was their own.\r \r I would like to share my wonderful experience with you.\r I took in a stray cat my sophomore year and at the advice of other college students I took him, Holden, to Animal Aide in Tallahassee. They seemed to be pretty popular, so I thought this was quality care. \r One night my cat kept returning to the litter box, this was in February of 2006, and I had to take him to emergency vet care which at the time was only at Northwood Animal Hospital. I met Dr. Julie Moodoyan and she cared for my animal. She ran only the tests necessary to diagnose the problem so to not overcharge me and helped my cat fully recover at a very reasonable price. I have heard of people spending thousands of dollars for emergency vet visits because the vet wouldn't take the time to get records from the previous facility and will just re-administer more

Incredible Facilities! Very Personal Vet! 5/31/2007

Being new to the tallahasse area, we were looking for a new vet, but with recent bad experiences, were very weary. Very large and beautiful hospital. The staff was very professional and capable and the veterinarian was very personal and seemed to really take a sincere personal interest in my dog. My dog is usually very uncomfortable around strangers and usually not very good at the vet, but he really seemed to gravitate towards the doctor and her staff. I am officially a life long client and cannot wait for my next visit and taking full advantage of their very cool pet resort! more

Animal Hospital 5/5/2007

I feel this animal hospital and pet resort is the greatest! Our animals (two dogs) have been patients for eight years. We began when Dr. Jerry Deloney was the vet and it was the Seminole Animal Hospital. Jerry sold the business and retired. The staff and vets there now are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is brand new, very clean, and uses the latest technology. The "resort" area is really something for pet owners who REALLY want and can afford to give their pets a pampered stay. more

Unclean Facilities - Rude techs and vet 3/22/2007

When we moved to the Tallahassee area, we had to find a new vet. We chose this one because it was the closest to our house and my work. The place is very small, and apparently the techs aren't used to people waiting with their pets. They were very rude, hurt my dog while trying to take blood, and didn't seem to know how to do many basic tasks. The place reeked of urine, and there was so much hair on the floors and chairs that I was completely covered when we left. The vet was also very rude and uncommunicative. When we were finally able to leave, the techs took almost 20 minutes to check us out even though we were the only customers in the place. All in all, it was a horrible experience, and I WILL NEVER go back to this place. more
