The entire Staff is very professional and pleasant to work with. I was attending a conference and had a dental emergency that needed attention before I could return home. They were able to fit me in the day I called and was able to fix me up until I could return and see my Dentist back at home. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and her Staff to everyone! more

I love the Addison Dentist. Michele Williams is the BEST dentist that I have ever come across and as much as I hate to go and have work done, they make it a wonderful experience each and every time. The entire staff are great and they make you feel very comfortable (not like you are just a patient)! I would recommend any and everyone to go and check them out because they will love it there!! more

When I began going to the Addison Dentist over 2 years ago, I was terrified of dentists. I had a few bad experiences when I was young and had not been to a dentist for 10 years. Dr. Williams and the staff did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. They have been understanding, professional, and friendly at every visit. I see them every 3 mo and their outstanding service is always consistent. I now have no fears about visiting the dentist and am well on my way to a very healthy mouth. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist and team! more

The Addison Dentist provides options both financially and in dental treatments to satisfy the hardcore cowards like me. I am 21 and put off going to the dentist for many years. I couldn't afford all the work I needed done and was scared to death as well. The staff pushed through the credit with one of their providers and treated me like I was in a 5-Star resort. Dr. Williams saved teeth that were written off years ago. She is an artist!!! Once you and your loved ones try this dentist you will never leave the family. more

I admit that I'm a difficult patient, very anxious and very wary of procedures. However, Dr. Williams and her staff have made it such a positive experience for me, which I never thought possible! The entire staff go out of their way to do everything possible to explain everything to me and to make me as comfortable as possible. The whole atmosphere of the office is so positive, and it is such a pleasure to be around. Plus, I never have to wait! The entire staff is so very accomodating, from the billing, to the appointments, to the procedures, and they always make sure that I know exactly what is going on at all times in all aspects. Dr. William even will personally call to check on me after wards to make sure that I'm doing OK. As much of a baby as I am, I have to admit that this is the best dental experience! more
