As a single woman, I have to be extra careful of who i do business with. Glen came and listened to my questions and gave me answers tht i could understand. He explained everything to me about the work that i needed, then he gave me a written quote that listed all of the work. When i called the office to accept, i was given a date and time. The workers came on the right day, knocked on the door to let me know they were there to work. They had a copy of the bid and knew what to do. There was no attempt to do less work. They carefully moved my outdoor furniture before starting and put it back in place after they had cleaned up. They cleaned the yard and the roof of the limbs, leaves, etc.
