Beware! And look at all their ""positive"" reviews here and yp, etc are exactly the same. If that doesn't make you suspicious, then read about this encounter with this firm.\r \r Their agent, Ashley, was 45 minutes late to one appointment and did not show at all to another appointment (overslept) with a client who was looking for a home for her and her daughter. This woman is a single mother and primary caregiver of a severely handicapped daughter and the time away requires her to pay for nursing care since her daughter is on a ventilator. Not money well spent with Texas Income Property.\r \r I posted this on another site and was contacted by Juliette who asked me to remove the comments. She asserted that Ashley was not one of their employees, even though she was listed as such on the Texas Income Property website. Now Texas Income Property's website does not post employee information.\r \r When I refused, she posted that my comments came from a disgruntled renter who had been evicted. I challenged her to cite me by name, Justice of the Peace court and cause number to prove that mendacity. None has been forth coming since none exists. But if you want to do business with a company as mean-spirited as this one... more

Being an outside of state owner, it is comforting to know that my investments properties are being taken care of. The team at Texas Income Property does just that. I've always gotten the rent mailed to me on time, and the few times I have visited Austin to check on things, the properties I own are well maintained and in great shape. \r \r That says a lot, and it is always comforting to know that ALL of my properties have good tenants. Even when I had to evict a tenant, the ONLY time - thank goodness, it was FASTLY done, and rented out quickly. Texas Income Property is on top of things when it comes to getting the tenants to PAY ON TIME. Because when they don't, it can be tough on the owner when I tried myself to be the landlady.\r \r Texas Income Property is the best in town when it comes to managing properties! Y more

These guys are great! My rental house was leased in less than a week! Steve is very knowledgable and one of the best things is that emails and phones calls are always promptly returned. My rent money is directly deposited fast every month without fail. I have been very confident in Texas Income Property services that I've decided to buy a few more properties because I know they will do a good job and take care of my investments well. You should call them if you need a really good property manager. I 100% recommend Texas Income Property. more

After owning 2 duplexes in Austin, it was time to hire a property manager, as I was transferred with my job to Pittsburg. I had used property mgmt co.'s in the past, but Texas Income Property, was a referral from a good friend of mine that had used them for several years. And they do a stellar job! I feel completely at ease. I've been very happy with the services as far as property managers go. I am always impressed with how easy they are to get in touch with, and has always been immediately available when I've contacted them. Others agents I've worked with...not so much. So I am a statisified customer with them so far. Definitely recommend Texas Income Property.\r more
