We had nothing but problems with Texas Floors. They were very nice at the begining, but once they got our money, that's when the good service stopped. They took 2 weeks longer to complete the job than they said it would take. The price of installing the floor included putting in new 1/4 round that was to be painted - we even supplied the paint! They installed the 1/4 round without painting it and they cut it so that there are breaks in the middle of the wall, rather than cutting it so the breaks would be towards the end of the wall in a less visible area. They did a poor job laying the boards and in many places the boards are not staggered like they're supposed to be, so there are straight lines that appear throughout, giving it a very unnatural look. Additionally they left gaps between the boards, which cannot be fixed unless we have the entire floor redone. There are also 3-4 places where the boards are coming up at the corners. We have contacted them numerous times by mail and phone, they came out once to try to fix the boards, but were unsuccessful, and we've not heard from them since. Stay away from Texas Floors!.
