This place is horrible! I stumbled across this establishment and the advertisement they had for alignments, I admit it sounded to good to be true, but I am a college student and needed an alignment, My car ran great before, it has a slight bounce when going over 60MPH so when I saw their advertisement I thought this may work, so I took it in for service, .\r The guy I dropped it off too, before he even looked at it said it needed new ball joints.\r I was a little confused, and I explained ""No, I just need an alignment""\r I dropped it off at nine AM at six p.m it was ready to be picked up, as soon as we drove away the wheels automatically pulled hard right, this was not doing this earlier!\r Upon returning the manager Juan explained ""Oh you need new ball joints""\r The ball joints were not an issue before I took it here for service, like I said he was trying to sell ball joints before even looking at the car, and they charged me basically just to mess up my car! My car is now really hard to drive now.\r I strongly believe NO technicians there are licensed, they lack customer service and communication skills and this establishment needs to be investigated!\r There was a young 14 year old boy changing a customers tire.\r Now, I have to spend more money I don't have just because they are greedy and messed up my car.\r I strongly believe they purposely maladjusted the alignment just to sell more service!\r This is not right! \r I am young, all my income basically goes to school. I just want people to know this is not a good place to take your vehicle for service, I think the technicians should be required to have a certification and it the business itself should be investigated. I would like a refund for the ""alignment"". more
