The sales and finance staff were great! They went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. They even stayed late on a Friday night to make sure we were satisfied.

Worst

Good deal on tires 10/26/2013

Deal was great on tires but I have a great big, greasy, grubby hand print on the inside of the car and a broken body molding on the front that looks like a clip got lost or broken and it wasn't that way before more

Efficient and polite. Jr noticed my car needed extra vacuuming and did it quick to his satisfaction. I spilled a little vitamin drink on my mat on the way to my apt. Jr. had detail service clean it quickly for me. THAT was a very nice extra touch. more

You didn't recalibrate tire pressure sensors when you installed my winter wheels and tires and now I have to return to have you do that I specifically mentioned that when I called for the appointment Not happy more

Service department/ Tyler 10/14/2013

Tyler is in the service department, he went to the very end to make my service excellent. If you could clone him you would definitely sell more cars as I haven't received service like this from anyone else.. he didn't go just the extra mile.. he went five.. Great service and price 10/11/2013

Great job with all of the service car related things. I just have 1.5 year old twins to hang out with in the kids area. Could use a few more toys and possibly clean them up a bit. more
