The sales and finance staff were great! They went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. They even stayed late on a Friday night to make sure we were satisfied.

AMAZING Service & Phenomenal STAFF! 12/2/2013

I live 100 miles from Teton Toyota, and always plan carefully to have my car worked on with Teton Toyota because their staff is so professional, courteous, and friendly. Their people work so hard at giving the customer an excellent experience in all regards. Greatly appreciate their sales staff, Jesse Cabrillo, is excellent. ALSO KURT who takes care of service and their excellent mechanics. Last week, their mechanic forfeited his lunch break in order to get my car done a little earlier for the long drive home. It made such a difference to drive home in daylight rather than dark. They are all amazing people! I encourage all my friends who have Toyotas, to get all their work done there. They are well worth driving extra to see! more

I sent my son to Rexburg this time for a routine maintenance, they where very unprofessional with him and didn't even help him. So I told him to just go to Idaho Falls to Teton Toyota. They helped him with no problems what so ever. I will always go back to Idaho Falls and Teton Toyota because of this professionalism, even though they are an hour out of my way. I have never had a problem there!! Thank you Teton Toyota more
