Termite removal works wonderfully, but service only so-so 2/21/2010

I have had no more problems whatsoever with termites ever since I began using Terminix's services. They seem to be very, very effective at both killing termites and keeping them from moving back in. The one problem I have with them is that their technician almost never calls to tell me when he is on his way to my house. That means I have to either stay home on the days they're scheduled for or leave my gate unlocked, which I don't like to do. For people who don't have a problem with that, I can't recommend Terminix enough... more
