Bought my cough and hack mix herbs today lovely coltsfoot and burdock ext.. Fresh , vibrant and all ingredients I needed I make my own cold medicine tea. I live in Arlington our local shop either doesn't have the selection I need or sell enough for them to be truly fresh , terrific service as usual. Been coming to Tensing Momo's once or twice a year for over 20 years, despite the far drive. It's worth it! more

Great apothecary and readers 3/31/2011

Disagree with woman above-this is a highly educated herbal and incense crowd, not your average new age guessing at what herbs to take. And at least one of the very best tarot readers in town. Attractive to out-of-towners but a haven for locals as well. They stock things you might not be able to get too many other places, for reasonable prices and of high quality. more

Hidden Apothecary 5/9/2006

Deep in the Pike Place Market there's an herbal apothecary. It's kind of nice that's it's hidden away (less crowds). They offer tarot card reading sometimes which can impress your out of town guests. But generally it's got the typical new agey, alternative health, incense supplies. Lots of dried herbs and teas. more
