My wife & I had a positive, stress-free experience during a recent visit to this dealership. Since we were in the market for a new car, the Soul was on our short list. Jorge Davila helped us from the start and sent us for a test drive. I am tall, while my wife is petite and we both found this vehicle to be extremely comfortable and roomy. We both were quite pleased and we decided to look no further. Jorge took the time to explain the leasing/financing options and everything went smoothly. Within one hour we were new car owners! When we picked up the vehicle two days later, everyone involved was thorough, professional and courteous. Jorge took the time to review many of the options/features before sending us off in our new car. It was a pleasure to work with this dealership in what can be a less than favorable experience. I just leased a new car from Tenafly Kia, and I felt I had a great experience there. I knew exactly which model I wanted, and Jorge worked his hardest to make that a reality for me. Their initial quote was a little out of my price range, and he actually worked with me to get payments I could afford, including suggesting I look at a lower trim level - I was shocked. Everyone my family and I dealt with over the course of the buying process was kind, and we were tried with respect. Unlike a few other Kia dealers I contacted, they never once treated us like we were stupid or just another sale. There was no pressure at all, and the finance department was great too - very willing to work with me. My new car is perfect for me, and I thank them for helping me get such a great deal!
