Good: These guys are GREAT,I Love that the parking is complimentary, we decided to see a show at the fifth ave theatre and parking was taken care of from the time we got to the detail shop until we returned back to the garage late that night, Free parking downtown ...Beautiful!!!. Also, no pressure to purchase any large number package. Very honest guys, they did what i requested and then some without selling me any extra "wax" or "shampooing" I felt at ease asking for what I wanted.. Bad: NONE. Improvements: I would love to see an Eastside location in the near future. I live in Bellevue and it's not always easy to drive into Downtown.. Other: If your looking for a Detail shop you that remembers your name, a place where the job is done properly, a place where they can actually make a black car look new again, call them and get an appointment..
